Hand Wrapping

The Hand Wrapping Course is a half day course which was set up to educate coaches on the rules and regulations of hand wrapping and injury protection in professional and amateur sport.

The course focuses on:

  • Rules and Regulations of Hand Wrapping for Pro Boxing and MMA.
  • Equipment Sanctioned for Use
  • Hand Wrapping for Injuries e.g. wrist, knuckles etc.,
  • Pro Boxing Wrap
